Here's one to get you in the party mood.... Cheese Bread

The bread can be sliced and used for French toast, just dip in beaten eggs and fry in real butter. Tops. You'll need:

2 1/2 cups ground blanched almonds
1/4 cup softened butter
1 cup of mature cheddar, cut into small pieces

1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/8 teaspoon of salt
3 beaten eggs

Heat the oven to 350° F. (180° C)
Mix the butter, nut flour and cheese
Add the eggs, baking soda and salt
Pour into a well buttered loaf pan and bake until golden brown on top. So easy!

Quick Dessert

Layer of mashed banana, layer of yoghurt topped with crumbled walnut and cinnamon muffin (its delish).

Veg Stir Fry

2 tbsp. oil, 1 dessp. honey, quarter tsp. turmeric (change according to amount of veg). Heat in saucepan, add any combination of chopped/sliced veg - I use - carrot, onion, mushrooms, peppers (red, yellow, green), broccoli, spinach, stir until cooked - can add any cooked meat to this or prawns (if using raw meat need to stir fry this first).

Remember if you are making your own yoghurt to start it early enough in the day.

There's nothing worse than waiting until 2 a.m. to turn the machine off!
